Customer Support for Lost / Stolen ATM or Debit Card
If your Debit Card or ATM Card is lost or stolen and you need assistance at a time when the bank is closed, help is just a phone call away. Our Debit and ATM Card processor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist customers with lost or stolen cards.
Just follow these simple steps:
Call Lost & Stolen Services at 1-800-528-2273. (If you are calling from outside the United States, call 812-647-9794 and enter 001 for the US Country Code.)
A block is placed on your card.
Once this is done, your card cannot be used by anyone, including yourself. Please contact the bank during normal hours to order a replacement card.
